 TPE高透明料是以SEBS為主基材，配合加工油，及其他助劑共混改性而成，此改性材料特點(diǎn)是高透明性，高拉伸性能，特別適用于高透明情趣用品，高拉伸超軟玩具等產(chǎn)品的選材。SEBS是飽和型SBS，或稱氫化SBS，以聚苯乙烯為末端段，以聚丁二烯加氫得到的乙烯-丁烯共聚物為中間彈性嵌段的線性三嵌共聚物。SEBS不含不飽和雙鍵，因此具有良好的穩(wěn)定性和耐老化性。國內(nèi)習(xí)慣將SEBS為主基材的改性材料稱為TPE。

   TPE high transparent material is made of SEBS based material, blending with processing oil and other additives. The modified material is characterized by high transparency and high tensile properties. It is especially suitable for the selection of high transparent and super soft toys and high tensile super soft toys. SEBS is a linear three block copolymer of saturated SBS, or hydrogenated SBS, with polybutadiene at the end of polybutadiene and ethylene butene copolymer as intermediate elastic block. SEBS does not contain unsaturated double bonds, so it has good stability and aging resistance. Domestic custom uses SEBS as the base material to modify the material as TPE.
