產品描述：

電機計量泵從外殼的精密鋁壓鑄，五層的PTFE復合膜片，雙支撐雙凸輪的驅動結構，精密車加工成型的PTFE閥座，到不銹鋼304材質的底座，我們都不惜成本，質量層層控制，如不滿意全額退款。

特點：

滑桿與膜片直接連接，工作時滑桿往復運動時直接推（拉）動膜片來回鼓動，通過泵頭上的單向閥啟閉作用完成吸排目的，達到輸送液體的功能。2、是可以計量輸送液體的機械，也叫定量泵、比例泵。通常描述為：機械隔膜計量泵是一種可以滿足各種嚴格的工藝流程需要，流量可以在0-100%范圍內無級調節，用來輸送液體（特別是腐蝕性液體）一種特殊容積泵。分類一：根據過流部分：一、柱塞、活塞式；二、機械隔膜式；三、液壓隔膜式。分類二：根據驅動方式：一、電機驅動；二、電磁驅動；三、氣動分類三：根據工作方式一、往復式二、回轉式；三、齒輪式其他的分類方式：電控型，氣控型，保溫型，加熱型，高黏度型等。

隔膜更換方法：

1. 取下固定泵頭的4個螺絲。螺絲位置在計量泵的背面。
 2.在泵頭松動之后，取下泵頭之前，調節沖程長度到0%位置?？梢?保*電磁軸有足夠的壓力，保持其連接穩固，這樣就可以旋下隔膜。

2. 向外拉液力端使螺絲從插孔內脫離。抓住液體端逆時針旋轉。稍有些阻力，可以旋下隔膜。
 4.一旦隔膜被取下，檢查計量泵的安全隔膜，確保其是完好的，沒有任何損壞。安裝新的隔膜，順時針旋轉背板和隔膜直到貼緊。調節背板，使漏液排出孔位于泵的*底端。
 5.在隔膜安裝完畢、并且背板漏液排出孔置于垂直位置之后，安裝泵頭。確保吸液閥與漏液排出孔對齊，液力端的螺絲與相應的4個孔對齊。
 6.旋轉到沖程長度100%位置。這樣可以使整套部件旋轉至背板漏液排出孔與泵的*底端對齊。在泵運行過程中調整液力端和隔膜至合適的位置。
 7.當液力端連同背板位置調好之后，4個螺栓以對角方式擰緊，直到合適為止。完成這項工作時應用力均勻。
