【工作原理 Working principle】

[手動(dòng)控制：Manual control]

1、當(dāng)手柄箭頭與閥體流向箭頭平行時(shí)，電磁閥設(shè)定為電腦自動(dòng)控制。

1,when the handle of the arrow and the valve body to the direction of the arrow,the solenoid valve set for the computer automatic control.

2、當(dāng)手柄箭頭順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)90度時(shí)，電磁閥打開(kāi)，此時(shí)電磁閥已轉(zhuǎn)為手動(dòng)控制。按不銹鋼限位槽為準(zhǔn)，逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)90度時(shí)，電磁閥閉。

2,when the handle arrow clockwise rotation of 90 degrees,the solenoid valve is opened,this time the solenoid valve has been transferred to manual control.Press the stainless steel limit groove is accurate,the counter clockwise 90 degrees,the solenoid valve closes.

[自動(dòng)控制：Auto-Control]

1、當(dāng)電磁閥線圈通電時(shí)，動(dòng)鐵芯吸合，先導(dǎo)孔處于開(kāi)啟狀態(tài)，使活塞上腔降壓，主活塞因介質(zhì)壓差開(kāi)啟，介質(zhì)流通。

1,when the solenoid valve coil is energized,moving core pull,the pilot hole is in open state,so that the piston chamber pressure,the main piston medium pressure to open because of,media circulation.

2、當(dāng)電磁閥線圈斷電時(shí)，動(dòng)鐵芯依靠彈簧復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉，使活塞上腔生涯，主活塞因介質(zhì)壓差關(guān)閉，介質(zhì)切斷。

2, when the solenoid valve coil power,the moving iron core depends on the spring,the pilot hole closed,so that the piston on the chamber,the main piston because of the media pressure difference,the media cut off.

【注解 Note】

流體中若含有雜質(zhì)，電磁閥進(jìn)端必須安裝過(guò)濾器，二進(jìn)一出的工作原理的電磁閥兩進(jìn)口端壓力不相等時(shí)，需加止回閥。可安裝止回閥或訂制自帶止回功能的閥門。
